This message is not meant to confuse, but to make you think. The Bible does say that we need to "examine [our]selves" to know whether we are saved and genuinely in the faith or not (2 Cor. 13:5). We hope that this short Bible message will be used of God to open the eyes of  "religious but lost" people to their true condition, that they might truly be saved.

Brother Spurgeon has preached for our church many times over the years. He is a converted "gang member," having been the Vice-president of the notorious "Outlaw" Biker Gang. While in jail, being tried in federal court,  and facing "hard time" in federal prison, he heard the Gospel of Jesus Christ from a prison chaplain, and trusted Christ as his personal Savior. His life was changed, and he truly became a "new creature in Christ." (2 Corinthians 5:17)


This sermon is a simple message regarding  the Christian life, particularly how we are to live for the Lord Jesus Christ as soldiers of the Lord. We are in a spiritual battle, and this sermon talks about that.
