"CALVARY - God's Spotlight"
DARKNESS in Scripture is used a figurative expression to describe mankind in his lost condition, without hope and without God in this world. So that the world would not be in total spiritual darkness, God has placed some lights here. Besides sending His Son to be the Light of the World, He has placed some other lights in this world: The Bible, The Church, The Individual Christian, and the Conscience. But there is another light that God has placed here that I call GOD’s SPOTLIGHT, and that is CALVARY. The main text for this sermon is John 3:14-21.
